It's well made, looks great, and is very easy to use. Mine did not come with any instructions. It's large capacity, very easy to use, and keeps thing cool. Cool, not cold. Over time, ice cubes will melt. The caveat/problem is that when the level gets low and the pump stops working, there's still about 5 cups of liquid left in the bottom. If you don't mind tossing that out, no problem. However, if you want to keep it, there's no easy way to pour it back into a glass or bottle. My only choice was to dump it, splashing into a large bowl. From there, I had to use a measuring cup to transfer it to a glass or bottle.

This thing works great but is just missing a few things. Its a good value and holds plenty of coffee but the pump doesn't push out as much fluid as some of the other "airpots" Ive used before. Theres also no level indication.

I bought this with two awesome features... Larger than my last urn and metal inside rather than glass. I purchased this January 21 2023. Here we are August 6 2023 with a useless coffee craft. Bad enough it didnt keep the coffee hot all day--by which ok ill live-- but here we are no longer able to use it as a clip broke off the inside of the lid. It renders it useless as it prevents the air bag from sealing properly. These need the seal to provide the vacumm and suction to "pour" the contents. This will go into the trash and i will just go back to bunn. Smh.

I wanted to get a large flask to hold hot warm all day long. The capacity is good for me but the hinge seems like it should be stronger. Every time I open it to refill or clean, I'm worried I might break it. The hinge seems like it is not designed to take the weight of the lid. Time will tell and I shall update review if it breaks. Other than that works fine and holds heat until late evening without issues.

We chose this model for it's capacity (2 full pots) and the location of the spout. It's on top by the pump handle rather than fixed to the side of the canister. We've seen these pots constructed both ways and we definitely prefer this design.The unit does an excellent job keeping things hot. Its effectiveness here greatly exceeds that if my extra-large thermos. The price is reasonable, too.We'll have to see how long it lasts, but as of today I cannot find a reason to deduct even a single star.

Bought this to replace an old pump dispenser that wife used for her coffee. It had a vacuum glass insert. It held basically one 12 cup coffee pot worth of coffee and kept the contents warm for less than 24 hours.This Brentwood is all steel, no vacuum glass. It holds approximately 2 full 12 cup coffee pots worth of coffee, and to top it off, two and a half days later, the contents were still warm! Amazing.And the best thing is that we paid less than $30 for it when most of the comparable pump dispensers cost $20 more, so this is a great deal.Long story short...Great Pump Dispenser at a Great Value!

Leaks in transit and the suction is weak. Wouldn't buy this brand again but not mortified with the product either.
