If you're triathlon training and want quick muscle recovery, this is the best thing out there. Drink as soon as possible after exercise and it has huge impact on reducing muscle fatigue. I wouldn't say I am particularly fit, but I have had to fit my first 2 weeks of triathlon training into one week as I was ill last week. I genuinely believe this is what keeps my muscles from feeling heavy every day. Great to help recover when skiing or snowboarding as well.

Good taste

Taste is fine I like it with low fat milk. It easy to drink and it mixes best if you add the powder to the milk

Brilliant product, tastes great and mixed easily with water. This actually helped me with my tired legs and certainly eased the fatigue I normally feel.

Expensive for what is it - didn't notice any difference over using regular whey protein, which is considerably cheaper!
