This shirt has a great loose fit and I think works well over jeans or work trousers. It has washed well and does not need to be ironed. I would consider similar options in the future.

I got this shirt for my husband, who is in a glam rock band. He is 6ft tall, with a slim frame but quite wide shoulders. I got an XXL as he prefers a looser fit, and on wearing it, he said he would not have wanted it to be any smaller.It’s more of a copper colour than gold - definitely less yellow-gold than is shown in the photo on the product page.He does find it a bit sweaty, but expected that with this sort of material. He likes it though, apparently he’s had good comments about it!At £22.99, it’s a bit more expensive than I would have expected.

I sized according to the shoulder measurement as I have found that more trustworthy than the chest if I went by the size I'd look at a suit jacked in, (42"-44") I would be at best medium, which I knew was hinky.Shirts are something I have always bought based on collar size, which for me is around 19" whereas S,M,L etc have always been pretty plastic, varying in size by brand.So for this pretty plastic and shiny shirt, I considered an XL, and I think that would have been an okay fit, But I went up a size again to XXL, which is big, but in this case, I think it's not a bad thing.This shirt if tighter fitting, would be hot to wear simply because of the material of which it is made, and that extra space will be welcome.What I find disappointing is just how creased this is. It looks like I have to break out the iron, and iron this through a protective layer of material, and certainly inside out.I daren't run a hot iron directly on this fabric!Great for a party night out and a lot of fun.
