Excellent abdominal roller wheel.
In my earlier review, I gave it a 4-star rating because I said it should have come with a small knee pad. I was wrong, it did come with a small piece of "mat", but I had thought it was there to protect the packaging. Indeed, the illustration accompanying the product did not feature it at all. But it can be used as a knee pad, and most probably is meant to be the knee pad. See the accompanying photo

Didn’t come with the timer
Arrived very quickly but didn’t come with the timer and the phone holder doesn’t work. Only been using a week every day so results are not really showing yet.
