Very good ice pad. Seal well, temperature is well maintained. No condensation water. Good size.Some improvements can be done. The strips are not convenient for one hand operation. Separate Velcro is better

Good product. You can freeze water inside or add ice. No leaking.

I recently had neck surgery and while in the hospital they used one of these for me to keep on my neck to help keep the swelling down and alleviate some of the pain. I think that they are used in the hospital because that are designed will, can be reused, and are also disposable, once I got home and tried using my old ice bag I realized how much better these were, found them online and ordered them. Well worth the price, the first one I used for about 2 weeks filling 3 or 4 times a day, (refilled 30 or 40 times)then the clip finally gave out. Plus they have straps that yo can tie it in place but also made it easier for me to lower it down my neck and back without having to reach around (much less painful) I would consider this a highly recommended product

I’ve ordered these twice. Even when all of the air is pushed out of the bags, the seals continue to leak. So I am ordering 6, but am only able to use 3-4 of them.

I ordered these after having used similar ones in the hospital. It was nothing like the ones from the hospital. These were only good for a couple of uses. After that they started to leak.

I had gall bladder surgery in September and the doctors office gave me 2 of these ice bags (different brand but same thing): a small one and a big one. The big one became my best friend. I carried it everywhere until it looked like I had dug it out of a sandbox, then I bought these.The material on these is softer than the material on the hospital ones. They work the exact same. I would recommend these over and over and I will buy these again if I have another surgery.I recommend putting new ice in there instead of just putting the entire ice bag into the freezer to re-freeze it. If you re-freeze it, it’s hard as a rock and doesn’t gently hug your surgery site like you want it to.

The clamp keeps water from leaking out. Just like the one sent home from the surgery center. Easy to fill with ice. Great if you are icing a lot!
