Design very good and makes my cheap watch look good! Speidel Twist-o-flex has always been my favorite. They are well made (Stainless Steel) and known for wear. Good instructions for install and with a narrow blade easy to install. Great buy!

Great watch band. Just what was needed.

These are excelent. I have always used them. You cannot beat them for comfort and convienince. Unfortunately, my Timex watch gave up the ghost the second it was affixed to the band. I then bought the old style, slim, black and silver LCD casio. It does not fit this band. Oh well. I have to put a plug in for this Casio here. There is good reason that this watch has been around as long as it has. It is truely water resistent, unlike its Timex counter-part, and rather than strapping a small kitchen appliance to your wrist as is the size of so many recent designs, this one only stands up a scant quarter of an inch from your wrist. The LCD display reads easily in direct glare of the sun, and the batteries last for ever.

Band is very comfortable and well made. However, I could not remove links to adjust the size of the band and I had to bring it to a jeweler to make the adjustment.

I'm pretty handy with things. I understand how things go together and work. Adjusting this watch band to fit your wrist is almost impossible to do especially using these instructions. This takes someone with experience in my opinion, and they don't warn you about that in the description. They don't even touch on the fact that it is made to be adjusted. I returned it.
