After two years peeling in some areas

Fits great - Mercedes CLK350 - and well made.

I was disappointed. Pictures are a little deceptive as the mirror pocket is about 2.5 times larger then in the pics, the fabric is on the thin side and the cover just doesn't fit really well in the front end of my 2004 Mercedes Benz CLK 320 and the back end too...I think the top center area is just a little short because the cover just doesn't go along with the slope of the front and back windows well at all. My last cover was a real Custom cover made especially for a 2004-2009 CLK 320, 350. My last cover was also 5 layers, but was a little thicker and fit the car like a glove.....This cover fits like a mitten. I should have paid another $70 for a true custom. I believe this cover would fit a lot better for the 1998-2003 CLK320 with the round headlights as I have a lot of room in that area. I should have known better when I read that this was custom and listed 2 different model years of the CLK with 2 completely different front and rear ends.

Nice custom fit for economy price.

Initially I was pleased to receive the cover for my Mercedes which is now parked outside my Sisters home in Virginia.I needed it since there's no indoor parking available, and tree debris, pollen & bird poo was landing on the car every day, driving me bonkers and filling the drains with pollen and debris.The cover works fine for all that - tho insects and spiders do crawl up beneath the cover. There was some lint on the car after using it too. The cover fits securely, and is easy to use with the elastic bands around the ends and the cords to cinch it tight.But then we had a big rainstorm. The next day, when I went out to run an errand I discovered that this cover isn't waterproof at all. Water all over the bodywork. Had to dry off the car and clean the windows. However the cover was mostly dry - I guess due to its weave allowing air to pass through to dry it.That's when I came back here and saw the claim that this is a 5-layer cover. It's not thick enough for that - and shouldn't have allowed water infiltration if it were. The cover is two layers at best.I guess if I had paid more I would have gotten the cover that provided the protection I was looking for.But the claims made about the levels of protection are still false.

Simply put... outstanding!! Well fit, tremendous quality for value, well made. Unexpected delight in this product. I plugged in the vehicle specs allocated by manufacturer, to a rare model Mercedes, and hoped for the best. Viola! Couldn't be better. Over years of many covers, price points, exotic cars, etc...hands down this meets every criterion for an outdoor well fit year round car cover. I would never refocus on a generic cover again ..

Seems to protect well but I was disappointed that it did not fit my 350CLK better, especially at the rear fenders on both sides.

Have been covering my Mercedes with one of these for years. My previous one was pretty much destroyed when one of LA's famous Santa Ana winds totally impregnated it with dust, which couldn't be gotten out (if I could have dry cleaned it, that would have worked, but, no dry cleaner would touch it ;(
