Quality, EZ to install, & good looking!
This is a great faucet. Easiest faucet I've installed, yet! The water control/flow is good, even with the Calif flow restrictor. It's a good looking faucet, too!

Scratched up.
I bought "Used Very Good", which is supposed to look and function like new. Actually it was pretty scratched up.

Very low flow rate
Faucet is as pictured, however compared to our old Grohe faucet, the flow rate is very low. 1.5 gallons per minute is noticeably slow. The other feature that is disappointing is the efforts to retract the sprayer hose. The hose retracts by a weighted base rather than a spring.

Too low to sink, hose too short. Difficult for plumber to install.
It’s too low to sink, had to be mounted with control in front because it interfered with soap dispenser. Plumber had to remove disposal to install. Hose is too short to be of any use. Water control means you scrub the sink and anything in it by hand because sprayer isn’t going to do the job. I have Grohe all over in my house. This is huge disappointment.

crap plastic screw-gasket makes impossible to install
took out old, tried to put in this piece of crap, gasket wouldn't work.
