Product us good from a first-rate company.
I received a box containing two bags of Inulin and one of the bags had a cut, the product spilled, and really made a mess of things. Even though item was marked nonreturnable I messaged Natural Taste International,Inc (through Amazon) on Friday, March 29. They responded the next day, Saturday, March 30, stating the would replace the order. Not wishing to get something for nothing I messaged them on how I could return it, as being "non-returnable" there is no return option on Amazon. They replied I can just keep both bags on the order, both the one with the cut and the intact bag. On Wednesday, April 3, they sent me a tracking number of the package they sent to replace the order and I received it on Thursday, April 4. By the way, they we also kind enough to include a jar of 7%MV Monk Fruit sweetener.Based on my experience I will definitely order from them again and would absolutely recommend them if the occasion arises.

Terrific value
Nicely packaged. The powder does try to crawl into the zipper so can make it difficult to reseal. You need to check and recheck. I just put into another container. I have this issue with several finely ground powders I use in my keto journey. It came double bagged in plastic, the product bag itself was sealed at the zipper and heat sealed at the top. Due to reading other reviews about the contents being loose in the shipping container, when I placed my order I made sure it came shipped with nothing that could damage it. It was shipped with some other bags and they were all perfect 😊

I will assume this was just a bad batch.
Been using Piping Rock Chicory root Inulin since Dec 2017. Rebranded as Carlyle and switched source to Jerusalem artichoke. Always tasted great and melted in my mouth. I like to take it from the teaspoon to my mouth. After almost 5 years of daily use Carlyle was back ordered so I ordered Namanna. I tried it today and discovered it Looses sweetness and gets chalky and clumpy and cannot be swallowed. Not good.

Only dissolves in HOT drinks
*Update* even though it needs to be dissolved in a hot drink, it really does seem to help my digestive system. This is the first time that I have bought inulin that doesn't easily dissolve unless slowly stirred into hot drinks. If put in too fast or too cold of a drink, the powder clumped up and if not stirred thoroughly settled at the bottom. I am making it work and will see how it works on my stomach after a week or 2.

Love this prebiotic
I brought insulin powder as a gift to my friend weeks ago. Below are her comments about this item: “Love this Prebiotic! It has a slightly sweet taste and dissolves easily in a lot of different drinks. It dissolved very well in even just regular water. I love that it’s all extracted from natural plants. By starting to add it to my daily supplements I've been a huge difference in my digestive system. Highly recommend it if you're in the market for a good prebiotic.”.

Great Fiber
Inulin powder is a great fiber addition to your morning blender drink. There is no flavor or texture so it is perfect to take on the flavor of the drink. I personally have experienced no side effects like bloating.

BRAND NO LONGER IS AFFORDABLE!!!
I bought this a little over a year ago for 29.99. There's a positive in the fact that I like the product & it lasted me an entire year after using it daily. However, upon re-ordering... price increased substantially! Clearly a $20 price increase within one year must solely be by demand. We all know inflation is effecting the economy however, I'm not convinced $20 increase within one year is due to Namanna company experiencing actual materials costing them an additional $20 to make the product. I'm not against profit however, I am against greed!
