The seeds sprouted with 3 days in a hydroponic.

Germination rate: I don’t count but it seems 100%. The seeds germinate after 3-5 days. The plants grow very strong! Highly recommend!

Opened the package of seeds and they were white and powdery. Seeds were old and crumbled with the slightest touch leaving a white chalky residue. Seeds were worthless.

These seeds took forever to germinate, but germinate they did, and they grew into healthy plants. Please be aware that this is the kind of shiso that tastes strongly of anise. It is not the broad, bright green leaf often seen on Japanese plates.

Did a comparison to some seeds bought locally. These seeds germinated quickly. Still waiting for the others after 2 weeks.

They aren't mature enough yet to use, but at 20 days they look great and the yield from the seeds was probably at about a 60-70% germination rate. Very satisfied, will update review after we make our first spicy tuna roll with them

Followed instructions and started indoor. All seed seem to be alive ( turned green) in the first couple of weeks. About half survived to grow into seedlings hen I transferred them to the garden. Wish it comes with growing condition, e.g. Light, water.
