I haven’t had any success with the patches yet
It might help if the kit included an abrasive piece of metal to rough up the tube surface. I tried several types of sandpaper from 80 to 400 grains. I applies several thin layers of rubber cement on both the tube and the patch, clamped it up and let it dry. Leaked every time.

Not self adhesive
Good value. I thought they were self adhesive but they're not. Make sure you have some rubber cement.

These are fantastic real rubber patches with feather edge. Use with cold vulcanizing fluid and you will be golden. And they are not from China.
