Seems to be working ok. I take it as a supplement.

PROS:- Magnesium boosts sleep quality! I woke more refreshed in the morning while taking these and woke less often during the night. Usually, I wake once or twice, sometimes up to three times, but my waking has been reduced to once or none at all when I take one capsule in the evenings. Awesome! This is by far my favorite effect.- Easy to swallow with no bad taste! These capsules are smooth and easy to take with a meal. Magnesium can sometimes upset sensitive stomachs, so taking with food is preferred. I split my 2-capsule dose between breakfast and dinner, the first to give me a lift and the second to help me sleep sweetly.- More Energy! Magnesium also boosts energy levels, alertness, and focus--this I beleive! After my morning dose, I feel more alert and active at work and during my pre-lunch workout. No jitters and no crash!CONS:- Magnesium may upset the stomach. For those unaccustomed to higher doses of magnesium or have sensitive bellies, try taking your capsules with a heavier meal, or split them between two doses. For some, Magnesium may also cause slightly looser stools; firm them back up with more fiber.

These are easy to swallow. I've had other Magnesium that are huge but these are more average. They didn't upset my stomach. They do have magnesium oxide and citrate and both of those are used for constipation so just be aware of that. Good value.

Before I was taking the 400mg capsules per day. I was happy to discover these capsules at 1000 mg per 2 capsule serving. I am experiencing a nice muscles strength while working out. And I have not experienced any after taste or stomach issues with them. I highly recommend them.

When buying supplements, I look at the serving size and strength. I take about 400-500 mg per day. These are 1000 mg per 2 capsule serving, so that makes them 500 mg per pill. That makes it a 120 count for my purposes instead of a 60 day supply which makes it a great deal. Hard to say if these work as well as any other brand. Easy to swallow and don't notice any taste, but I take multiple supplements at a time.
