Guitar Pedal Board, LEKATO Pedal Board 19.7"x10"x2.4", Effects Pedalboard with Compartment for Power Supply, Carry Bag and Mounting Tape

I needed a new pedal board due to my old one being cheap aluminum and finally bent beyond repair. Got this one because it was solid all the way around. So far I’ve loved using it and giving with it. The trap door on the bottom offers access to hid the wires. Great product for the price.

Pro's:Does what it should, hold pedals securely and organizes them nicely.It's easier to tote around than a metal or wood one.Makes for a great studio or bedroom pedal board.Cons:It's plastic. I'm not sure if I would use this if I were doing a lot of gigs that required travel, it probably wouldn't hold up.Because it's plastic, I think the pricing could have been better, like by $15 to 20 dollars. Unfortunately, the economy doesn't agree with me, but it is what it is.Overall, it makes a fairly sold edition to your gear if you're looking for a more compact pedal board. My advice to those that might want travel with it. If you don't want to pull your pedals, then keep this in a good sturdy road case and don't let any other gear press down on it too hard when stored for travel. Otherwise, you could use the included bag, but for the board alone, no pedals.

Did they assume that a small child was going to feed the power cables in though the back?Its a decent pedal board but the opening in the back only coverslike half of the pedalboard. It took me an hour to get the power cable in the top right opening.

The pedal board is made of plastic, but it's very strong and super lightweight. I stood on it with my whole body. All my pedals fit perfectly, including my Amped 3 amplifier, which protrudes by one inch. However, the bag easily fits the entire board, even with the protruding pedals.

This a nice little board for home use. Minimizes clutter and the tiered design makes for good access to foot switches. Seems relatively durable for a plastic board. Not sure how it would hold up to gigging, but I don't do that anymore. I'd probably recommend a road case if you were loading it into a vehicle with a bunch of other gear.

The Lekato pedal board is constructed differently than most that I've seen. It is hollow, with well-placed access holes. The back has an opening large enough to place a power supply, and it comes with a screwdriver for the phillips head screws that secure the hatch to the opening. The surface is covered with well-placed velcro, and is slightly stepped for regular pedals. The right side is not stepped, so that is can accommodate an expression pedal. It comes in its own case along with enough velcro and fasteners to create your own custom setup.The problem is that the left side is stepped. If you have larger pedals, as I do, they are difficult to wire. For example, I have an RC-500 looper. I'd like to have it on the bottom tier, but then the slope to the next level blocks the inputs and outputs on the back of the pedal. Or if I put switches on the lower level, I can't unplug them to turn them off. Bad design. If the pedalboard had a flat surface throughout, it would be a 5-star product.

It's plastic, but durable. The Velcro base strips come preinstalled (nice), you have an ample compartment for wiring underneath, plenty of Velcro to attach to your pedals, and for dessert, a nice carry bag.Highly Recommended!
