Good Ring Replacement with the Wrong Screwdriver
The product itself was fine. I found a YouTube video that demonstrated what should have been a two-minute job. The guy advised buying online in order to receive a Torx screwdriver along with the ring. Imagine my surprise when I opened the package and found a regular phillips-head screwdriver! It took a long time to unscrew the Torx screw, and I worried I would strip the screw with this large screwdriver. In short, my 2-star review applies to whoever on the supplier's side decided to include the wrong screwdriver.

The product was delivered promptly, and came with the screwdriver to remove the screw. Fitted perfectly - my Dyson is back in action!

Good replacement, however first one was damaged
Perfect replacement for the part that broke on my dust bin for V15 detect. However, it arrived with visible damage to the (small, black) gasket that seals the ring to the dustbin (not the red one). I had an exchange done and the replacement was pristine and it fit perfectly. It was just annoying having to wait a week, then another week for the replacement.
