Gets really hot

Always wanted a Lava lamp!
Ever since I was a kid I have wanted a lava lamp, for no other reason than just to watch! This lava lamp has a very strong build and is made very well. It takes a good 25 minutes before the wax starts floating up and down. I got the purple and orange choice, and I love the color contrast. The base and cap are made out of aluminum, which dissipates heat very quickly. The bulb that heats this up makes that part of the lamp very hot, so you need to be careful where you place this. Most of the time this will just sit on my dresser and I will watch it. Highly recommend it.
