Perfect for an 80s/90s outfit. Used for Halloween and they were great. The elastic is very tight- some like that, but I have thinner hair so I didn’t love that.

Quality not as pictured
These aren’t as fluffy as pictured and the elastic is not strong enough to hold hair tightly. Def not worth $2 per item - I need them quickly so will not return but don’t recommend buying. Colors are as pictured.
