Great product
These mugs arrived in a timely fashion and without breakage. I'd been looking for mugs of this pattern to match my dishes and these are perfect. I also like that they can be microwaved without any adverse effects.

Smaller than I thought but still Denby!
Denby is simply the best quality, bar non. I have dinner services that have lasted 40years. The only criticism is that I am tired of them.I have bought other high brands which simply do not compare. So I have now returned to Denby which costs quite a bit more but it is worth it.

Come on.
I mean. They’re friggin Denby mugs!!! Who doesn’t like Denby?! A very handsome set by the way. I got these for my girlfriend and she loves them. And she loves me. Hopefully not just because i but seeding sets of mugs for her. Oh and they were wrapped ridiculously well. Even UPS won’t be able to break these!

Chipped rim & poor quality
They sent me a cup with a chipped rim. There are four cups and the weight of the cups somehow is all different. Some are a lot lighter than the others. Some rims are out of shape. The quality is not the same as the Denby stoneware I have.

Not Denby quality
The Elements set appear to be of much lower quality compared to other sets of Denby mugs I have purchased in the past. The Elements mugs have stained very badly on the inside and outside even after washing them in the dishwasher. I even tried using baking soda to try removing the stains but to no avail. I don’t recommend the Elements but will try replacing with a higher quality set.

Denby Cheapened It & RUINED the Design
Denby redesigned the cup to cut costs and ruined a great design.In a quick glance, they look the same, but you immediately notice the differences when you pick it up by the handle.
