For those new to the episodic tv business, this book is indispensable. Fabulous tips, real situations and great basic pointers to help launch any new director. Pretty helpful for those transitioning to the job of director, too. Although I've worked in tv for many year, there was a lot of great information to make sure my first episode as a director was a success. Thank you!!
