I bought this because it was recommended in a chocolate cake recipe that I found online and it didn't disappoint! I usually buy the cheaper brand but my cake was taken to a new level with this cocoa powder. Give it a try.

I'm completely spoiled by this cocoa. The flavor is rich and creamy. I often have it without milk, just sweetner, it's pretty amazing.

It's good cocoa, rich flavor, but Equal Exchange baking cocoa is just as good
I've wanted to try this brand for a while since it's always dubbed a premium dark chocolate. It's good -- rich flavor, bold, better than most. However, Equal Exchange baking cocoa is comparable, cost less, and is available to purchase on the ground at Natural Grocers. I'm not disappointed with this purchase at all. It's just nice to know I've been getting a quality cocoa all along and won't have to switch up.

Old production date, taste not good
I have bought this cocoa powder before and loved it. This one tastes off -- perhaps because it isn't fresh at all and was made 1.5 years ago (according to production date on package). It expires in a few months. I wouldn't recommend.
