Brilliant!
This is the best ice pack I've ever bought, large enough to cover my lower back and can be secured in place by the strap. It stays cold longer than normal ice packs and has a nice velvet side to rescue cold burn on the skin.

I bought two so I'd always have one ready!
Brilliant size and bag for freezing. I used after a hip replacement and it worked wonderfully. I actually bought two so I could use one and have another chilling at the same time

Really good buy for lower back pain and hip problems
So glad i bought this. Stays cold long time. As it has a strap can utilise it for lower back and my hip. I can sleep with it on the painful area . Really effective with pain relief especially when having a flare up. Thoroughly recommend.

Gimmick product but works 🤷🏽♂️
Build quality is good and well made. Won't fit a larger build so it's more of a massive icepack for my lower back but other limbs would work. Plush side is nice feature and coolness comes through after a little while. Would I get this again? Probably not a normal wrapped icepack for cheaper price is more functional and less of a hit to the wallet.

Fantastic in the recent hot weather.
Originally bought to ease husband's back when it plays up - does this job very well. It's also fabulously cooling when put on back or chest in the recent extreme heat. The only draw-back is that it takes up rather a lot of space in the freezer, but a small price to pay to have the benefit of the cool pack in this current spell of hot weather.

Really helps with aches and pain
Very good quality ice pack and much better than using a normal ice pack or frozen bag of peas. Stays cold for a decent amount of time and wraps comfortably around the area without constantly slipping off. I’ve mainly used it for lower back pain and muscle aches and it definitely helps reduce soreness after a long day. The gel stays flexible even straight from the freezer which makes it much more comfortable to use. Easy to store and reusable as well. Really happy with it overall.
