For the price when I ordered this I’m going to be honest I didn’t think the quality was going to be as great. After filling it up and running it I’ve had it for weeks now and it is amazing. I’ve swapped the water out a few times, but it’s quiet and you can hear the water perfectly. The water is not very loud so if you are looking for something that is loud, this is not it but it is a perfect ambience.

UPDATED: today after being plugged in for five minutes the pump gave out the water in the fountain was actually hot. All plugs and out put were correct . For the few minutes it worked it was very pretty. I will be getting a better pump and hope it works. As it came from the US I see it a waste of time trying to return it. EARLIER COMMENTS : I cant review yet on how it works as a fountain but felt a heads up is needed in the write up as in the UK we need to get adapters to use two pin plugs. So I will be going to find one tomorrow. It seems a nice well made item and is not plasticky looking like some of these items can be.

I love squirrels and mushrooms so I was quite happy to discover this little fountain. My only complaint is that I can barely hear the water running, which is why I gave it only 4 stars. So, if you're wanting a fountain you can hear, this isn't it. But it's cute and it's relaxing to watch anyway. I still really enjoy it.
