The Highwings 8K HDMI 2.1 cable works exactly as advertised. I’m using it with a PS5 and a 4K display, and it supports 4K at 120Hz with a stable, clear picture and no dropouts or flickering. Audio through eARC also works perfectly. The braided nylon jacket feels thick and durable, and the connectors fit snugly and securely. The 10-foot length is great for flexible setups without needing extensions. If you need a reliable HDMI 2.1 cable for high refresh rate gaming or future-proof 8K support, this cable is an excellent choice. Highly recommended.

I was about to give this cable (I bought 2) a scathing review, as testing one with my 3440x1440 34" Lenovo screen wouldn't let me view higher than [email protected]. Annoying when I have a Display port cable that works fine in the exact same dock functioning at 3440x1440@120Hz comfortably. Before turning into the keyboard warrior, I plugged the HDMI cable into my (using it now) Linux gaming PC. She's an older 980Ti, i7 7700k, 64GB DDR4 era PC that Microslop decided was too slow for Windows 11. Well low and behold, I'm getting the full 3440x1440@100Hz, as well as a DP connected monitor 1920x1080@60Hz. Now I'm very glad Microslop don't have their OS on my PC!. So, after a bit of cable management and re-runs both systems can co-exist on the same desk with no manual cable juggling. I have dropped down to 100Hz, but that's a minor problem in my eyes (I'm old, so I don't care). Your computer might not like the cable, my Windows 11 laptop didn't. If I had twin DP sockets in my monitor, i wouldn't have even used HDMI, but alas here we are.
