I hung them up in the rafters to create an ambient atmosphere.Ease of Use:The lights perform very well, and once synced up with the phone app, you can explore many beautiful scenes. There's a slight learning curve with the app due to the various activation methods, but it becomes easy once set up. I found Dreamview mode worked best for seeing animations with all lights grouped.Performance:I hope the lights hold up for their full 25,000 hours. The bulbs are not replaceable, so it's crucial they last the expected duration.Features:The lights offer multiple ways to activate, including Dreamview, Group (same model or basic group), Leisure, and automation. The variety can be overwhelming at first but becomes easy to understand once set up.Value for Money:It's hard to determine if the higher cost of the H1 variant was worth it compared to other Govee string lights. I have not had any issues with this product so far. The only thing I noticed is the leds light a different color than the strip lights using the same theme, but that could be the strip lights and not this one. The all white ambience setting is by far the brightest, much brighter than the rgb. Also it doesn’t have as many themes as the other lights.

They should be good. The app is ok. But the lights just randomly turn off and stop working. When they are on, their fader looks like some crappy early 2000s Led with junk fade options. It attempts to change from one color to the next by slowly flickering, as if it was improperly set up on a dimmer switch (it's not).
