Honestly, this is one of the best honeys that I have tried (minus some I have gotten from local farms and apiaries). While I don't know what pollen these bees are collecting, it is absolutely delicious and has been a daily drizzle on my yogurt.It's a bit pricey, so while I wouldn't get this regularly, it is worth a splurge every now and then (especially if you don't have any good local honey near you).

This is a giant jar of honey. Tastes great, good consistency/texture. Price is high, but is on par for this much honey. Glass jar, well sealed, easily resealablefor long shelf life. Quality is great for eating with a snack or adding to recipes.

So far I’ve tasted this plain, used it in tea and used it in a honey bun coffee cake recipe and yum!

Lovely taste and amber color...just right!Price of $40 for a small jar tho!
