Not worth the money and no returns...

This is a great brush. Nice long handle. I carved down the handle so that it fitted further into the brush and then put a screw in to keep them together. I have used similar brushes for years and this works best for me. I also tape the handle with hockey stick tape so that it will not slip in my soapy hands. The rope grip is nice but sometimes I choke up on the handle when using and like the extra grip. The natural bristles soften with hot water so that it doesn't scratch the skin. If you want to exfoliate in the shower, you should use a brush with nylon bristles-ouch.
