Magnesium Malate, 3750 mg per Serving - 200 Capsules

I used this magnesium supplement and believe it was effective for me. I finished the bottle, but I did not repurchase it because I enjoy trying different brands before becoming loyal to just one. Overall, I had a positive experience with this product.

They work very well, immediately. The only drawback is that they are huge. It's very difficult to swallow them, and I don't have any issues swallowing other pills. If you struggle to swallow pills then these 1200mg pills are not for you.

I love this! Has changed my health alongside other healthy supplements. It says take 6 capsules, I take 2, I take glycinate 120mg at night, so 2 of these is plenty. I feel natural energy, relaxed, heart rate seems a bit more relaxed, not so fast! I have mild POTS, this works for me, not medical advice.

This is such good stuff, I am not even sure how many things this supplement fixed-- I have come to the conclusion that I clearly must have had some sort of magnesium deficiency .. before starting this I was not sleeping, I would wake up in pain, muscle tension all over, and had these issues since I was 17. (I'm 35 now). I started taking this magnesium almost two years ago. My heart used to feel like it jumped out of my chest or would skip beats-- it would happen so badly that it would jerk me out of sleep light a bolt of lightning, would leave me coughing and gasping for breath. I started the magnesium for others reasons entirely, but those problems just stopped. They've been gone ever since. I wake up ralaxed. I have less anxiety and less agitation (I used to feel very emotionally unstable prior to this, and it felt very out of my control). Now I find it much more easy to remain calm and rational. Even family and friends took notice, & have asked me what's different. I started b12, ending my b12 deficiency and started this magnesium. What a difference these supplements can make when you are lacking them. I don't know if it would make this sort of dramatic difference for someone who isn't magnesium deficient. (Or b12 deficient for that matter). I just can't say. But I even have dreams now & remain asleep throughout most of the entire night. This has had a profound effect for me. Not all vitamins do anything like their claims, but at least I can say this and the b12 have been nothing less than miraculous. The first chance was he muscle tension-- that was noticeable the first morning I woke up after taking it the first night. I felt strangely calm. After being on it for this long it has been transforming. I've taken this magnesium for almost 2 years. I haven't tried any other kind of magnesium because.. this works better than I could ever have imagined. I take 3 at bed time. Hope this helps someone. *i did try the other magnesium malate that was not inside a capsule but was an actual tablet (by the same company source naturals. I had ordered it on accident. I tried it anyways not thinking there would be much of a difference however, they were not as effective, not even close. So I've made sure not to order that other form again and have stuck with these capsules).
