Well built sturdy machine
The rigidity of the frame allows you to engrave much faster with higher speeds. Great machine

Longer came through so i'm pleased.
I cut three small projects on the longer B1 30 watt laser stopped working . now I can't do anything with the laser called support they won't even get back to me. all I want to do is send this machine back. but they won't even get back to me. This company will give youtube people their product to try.But the people who bought it out of there own pocket they won't even respond I'm very ticked off.I have to say after longer and I kept changing emails they reached out to me and are sending me a new machine so i'm very thankful for that so I will change my review to 5 stars for now if everything goes well with the other machine. I will keep you all posted. Thank you longer .

Soporte del fabricante inexistente
Desde el primer grabado la máquina presentó problemas, intenté contactar al fabricante y ninguna solución, el armado es uno de los mejores que he visto, tiene muchas características buenas, como el detector de llamas, la bomba de aire entre otros, pero al final de nada sirve si no la puedes utilizar.
