Good- I love the hood, love the true color lens, love that it has the headlight for dark spaces. Bad- headlight could be a little brighter.Worse- the headgear sucks. Every time you raise the hood the nuts come loose and the hood falls back down. Ordered 2 sets of replacement headgear and they were ever worse. And yes, they were the same brand as the hood. Other than that, I love it.

I purchased this welding helmet because the hobart helmet I have already made it very difficult to see where to start. Even the high dollar ones I use at work don't work as good as this one. The value is great for what quality this is!

So far I have about 25 hours on this hood and it has work flawless.for the price I have no complaints.the light is nice and works well also has a 🧲 on the light I don't remember reading that.if I was going to upgrade this hood in any way I would upgrade the head gear it's really not that bad but it's not compatible to the Viking series hoods. I hope this helps some one else that is sceptical on buying this hood.

I was in the middle of a project when my 15 year old welding hood took a crap and was not repairable.all the welding stores in my area were closed so hopped on amazon and this was available for delivery the next morning so I pulled the trigger.its fine.its kind of an awkward shape but that might just my opinion because I have a large head.it does what is says it does and was only $45 so how much could you complain?a little bit.there is some assembly required and the side adjustments are both right hand threaded so after lifting the hood a few times the right one wants to fall out unless you re-tighten it each time. mine was missing the rear adjustment, so I had to scavenge one off another hood and make it work.other than that it gets dark, would I buy it again? probably not, but if you're in a pinch it did get delivered fairly remotely in a very timely matter

The shade settings work really well and the darkening time is instantly. Grinding shield is a nice feature.

I've had Lincoln and speedaire welding helmets and they were 2-3 ,times more expensive and they didn't work any better than this one does.

El diseño esestético y la careta funciona excelentemente. La luz integrada ayuda mucho en situaciones específicas. El plastico es algo debil y hay que tener cuidado porque se siente que se puede romper facilmente con algún golpe o caida.
