Brindisa Alemany chestnut honey - 250g (0.55lbs)

A recipe for bacon on Allrecipes.com calls for chestnut honey, and this was the most reasonable in both price and size. It made the best bacon I have ever tasted (and I made it in the Cameron's stovetop smoker I also bought on Amazon!). It took a while to get here from Spain, but it was definitely worth the wait. I will be using it again soon to smoke some more bacon and perhaps a ham or two.
