I used this for maybe a month and was so excited for it. the top doesn't stay on well and just falls over but I looked past the small issue because it was so darn cute. after a month the drops stopped dropping and when I went to return and contact seller I couldn't . I did clean the droppers with the tool given but still nothing happens. the pieces in the chamber also fall off easy and not that easy to clean. I had high hopes for thisUPDATE: the team saw my review and sent me a message offering to send me a new one or a refund. they messaged fast and were very kind.I used distilled water on mine. they did ask if I used purified water so just a reminder to those who did get or will get this to put only PURIFIED WATER in it.

I used it once in my daughters room I turned it off to wipe it out was off a few days filled it up and it doesn't work anymore. But I absolutely loved it because it doubled as a night light and a humidifier.Edit. The company reached out and is sending me a new one. I've never had better customer service on any product! Thank you again! My daughter loved it and now she'll get to enjoy it again!

I bought this back in November. At first, I loved it. Very cute and calming. Gave a nice light to the room and the sounds were nice. I noticed very early on that the machine had the potential to get slimy. This makes sense, since the water is basically sitting. I tried changing the water and doing a wipe down daily. Honestly, at this point, it was already becoming too much work. The holes would get clogged with slime still and I'd have to clear them out with the brush. We do not have a water softener, so the thing began to build up with hard water goo fast. It was honestly really gross.Here's the thing. If this thing was able to be disassembled and cleaned, I wouldn't care about the slime. But the design makes this thing IMPOSSIBLE to clean. The clear plastic around the base of the machine cannot be removed by any means. You can pull it up a bit to try and clean under it, but it's tiresome and hard. The bottom of the machine became orange and red with goo. I tried baking soda, vinegar, a toothbrush. It was so much trouble. Not to mention you have to be careful you don't get any water into the cable port.Design is poor. You may get away with the machine becoming gross by using distilled water. The parts coming in regular contact with water need to be able to be fully removed so you can give them a weekly scrub. As of today, my mushroom humidifier is in the trash. RIP.

I live the fact that my item wasn't working n the team took the time out to help me fix my item and I love my humidifier it helps me to fall asleep n stay asleep... the rain 🌧 drop sound works wonders I love it ❤️.

Bought this thinking it be more like a soft water sound machine as well as cute and colorful. Colors are pretty and the scents are nice but no sound. I wish the sound was present but now it's a nice night light in my daughter's room which she loves it.

Working great just needed a different charger. My kid loves it!

Editsince the review, they have reached out and offered a full refund.For the price of this it should last but it leaks and it stops working after two weeks.

I really like it for the most part, but it leaks everywhere and has gotten water stains all over the cupboard where it was sitting. I’m a bit disappointed. The quality is not good , it works well for a month and then mist stopped due to poor wire connections and damage due to fumes
