Exactly as pictured, perfect costume piece. Keep in mind tho you do have to find a way to attach the blue hair to the ends of the hat. We just stapled the hair on and my son was good to go for all of Halloween night.

For a Buggy hat, looks just right. Head scarf and blue tassels are separate. Tassels look like they might be hair extensions(?), but are good for the purpose. Happy this part of costume is settled. Would buy again

The media could not be loaded.  This is a great pirates hat, I just wish it was black or red. Even with that being said, it's still pretty cool. I think it's a great accessory to a Halloween costume. It's made very well and should last for many years. The bandana is simple but definitely the finishing touch to this hat.I have a very small head, so this would probably fit a youth as well. Great for dressing up and having fun all year. Kids and adults both will get fun out of this hat.Please watch the video for additional information.

This looks nothing like a pirate hat, it's more accurately described as a felt orange slice. The red nose on the scull is a poorly hot glued on arts and crafts bead. And all of the blue hair sections that are supposed to be attached to the hat are cheap extensions that are all packaged separately. Definitely do not recommend and as an amature I could make a better hat myself from scratch. Would give it zero stars if I could.
