Updated: Once the wet one dried out it shrunk back to it's tiny size. Tried them, they are too small and the texture is terrible plus they are kind of hard. I'm thinking will probably return them. Don't waste your money.I hate them and haven't even used it yet. Unfortunately I didn't see the word "mini" in description but mini they are. I should have read reviews before ordering. Don't like they were shrink wrapped so they're flat and are hard to pull apart. It did enlarge when wet which makes it a better size but I don't want to hassle doing that but will have to otherwise it's too small to hold. I'll try it, once it dries out but won't ever order again.

These sponges come vacuum sealed and you have to use water to get them to expand to full size. That means I have to wait for the sponge to dry before I can use it, which is why I took off a star. They work fine otherwise.

Wow. The photos and description of these sponges is so inaccurate I’m actually laughing. If you want a smashed sheet of teeny tiny foam wedges order these for sure. I knew these were small but look at just how micro these are compared next to a regular foam makeup wedge I purchased at Target.

Looking the Makeup sponge wedges. What I got was a sheet of compressed foam rubber. Claims to expand when wet or placed in water. So far NO expansion and is not a sponge wedge.placed five pieces in a sink of tap water. Little or no expansion after 15 minutes. Looks like smooth foam rubber.

The material of these sponges are actually really good. They feel just like a high end beauty blender, but don’t be fooled by their size, just use some water and they puff right up! They also blend my makeup really well and I enjoyed using them.

These sponges need to be soaked in water to become big enough to be used. When I got the sponge wet then squeezed out the excess water—it did get quite a bit bigger. These sponges did not work well for me. They watered down the makeup so much that I had to start over. When I tried using them dry they were tiny and were difficult to maneuver.These would work well if you were applying Max Factor pancake foundation and needed to apply with a wet sponge.After using these sponges for 3 weeks and getting frustrated every time—I donated the rest of the 100+ sponges to the thrift store.Disappointed.
