I bought this from my grandson for many reasons! One of which is no mess and he can’t ruin the carpet. These take water, water doesn’t do that much damage. In my opinion, this is a great toy and gives his mom peace of mind because he’s not gonna damage anything. Would definitely recommend this for a child two and above. The size of the pen is perfect for little hands.

Our grandkids love the Water Wow books from Melissa and Doug.And they use them so much that the brushes wear out. Sometimes they press too hard and distort the brushes.These are great to have on hand..

We just received these today to replace a brush the dogs chewed up. These pens are a bit leakier than the one which came with our water color book. It works and is close to the brush we had and are easy to use. The brush is nice and soft as well and a decent size. May be a little thinner than the brush which came with the book but no big deal.
