I don’t even remember why I bought this. But it’s so good. Garlic is crispy and full of umami. The oil is a great topping on everything. I like to top my shishito peppers with this. Or add to some soy sauce and sugar for a quick noodle sauce.

Most of these oils have nuts in them. Specifically alomnds. This one does not. It should be said for those with nut allergies which can be severe. Glad I found one I can eat

Where has this been all my life? I tried this on my ramen & fell in love. Not only because I love garlic & onion. But because it gives whatever you put it on a great crunchy taste without crazy hot spice like other garlic chips in oil.

Arrived open
I will never know how this taste as it arrived open and was all over the shipping box. Smelled good at least.

A little to much oil
Needs more garlic for the amount of oil. My jar had about 1/4 garlic the rest was oil. Hope for others this was a manufacturing blip
