I hope you enjoyed that headline as much as I freaking enjoyed this water pump. I loved the customer service, when I opened up the box and installed it and started using it I noticed it had a small hole in the tubing. So I contacted the team @[email protected] for a replacement tubing and they just told me that they are sending a replacement when I get in contact with them about additional information. But using this with a 5 gallon is really nice. The water comes out at a very fast pace and super easy to charge with a micro USB on the back it might take up to 2-3 hours for a full charge but it lasts forever on a single charge. I am really impressed with how it's just very easy to use and convenient.When you get it open the box up and get the USB cable and the water pump and just charge it for a while. Come back then install the silicon tubing (any end) to the pump and install the intake value on the other end. Then I wash my hands before handling the tubing and I suggest cleaning the tube with some diluted water and running the pump for a few times (It turns off about every 60 seconds) You can probably get away with cleaning the silicone tube with some soapy water but make sure it doesn't get in the pump and wash it thoroughly because I think the pump is kind of sensitive and you don't want a soapy after taste from your water dispenser. But after you clean it and run it a few times you can literally get a 5 gallon and just stick the tubing down the put the pump right on top. It should fit most 5 gallons. I tested with a few like ArrowHead, Primo Purified Water, nestle water, and a generic 5 gallon I bought a while back.But honestly, if you don't mind chilled water or really hot water and just want to drink room temp water which is always cooler then the actual room itself its a really good investment. I don't have to use more of my electricity on a water dispenser, I don't have to worry about bacterial growth I can't see, its light and portable. Oh, I feel like this is important I have been abusing the heck out of this probably dispencing around 5 gallons daily and it does not drip any water out like a leaky sink or a water dispenser.

I got this for my 1973 VW Van. I replaced the original hand pump which was great, in 1973. I’ll put it back in the day I decide I can’t camp anymore. This pump works perfectly and rarely needs to be charged. I was concerned before installation because I needed a 43” hose to reach the bottom of my tank. No problem! Love it! Highly recommend for Van life!

Very happy with the purchase. The motor does a great job. I would like it to pump just a little faster but over all Im very satisfied.

Only lasted for one jug of water, when I installed it to the other water gallon it did not worked, tried charging it but does not responds

I really didn't want to spend $200 on a water cooler or endless rental fees on water delivery service, so after a bit of research, I took a chance on this automatic water dispenser. Charging the device takes 2-3 hours using the short USB cable that is provided (note: a plug adapter is NOT included).I've been using it for a few months now. The charge lasts through a 5-gallon jug; I typically charge it again when I swap out the bottle for a new one.The motor is pretty quiet and the on/off button on the rear of the top is responsive. No drips, or mess, and the water comes out pretty rapidly. It's definitely worth the money. And the best part is that it's not adding to my electric bill by having a cooler unit drawing power 24/7.The other great part is that I no longer have to pick up the heavy 5-gallon jugs and flip them over to nest on a dispenser.This model also comes with a couple of adapter caps, which I didn't need, but kept in case I happen to purchase a different top style jug. I simply clean the top, remove the seal and use a small knife to pierce the protective plastic a the bottom of the cap. You could also remove the cap all together and that would also work. The neck of the unit will still fit snugly over the opening of standard US style water jugs.The only potential negative is that with this device there is no temperature control; the water is room temperature, so if you prefer ice-cold or boiling-hot water instantly this might not be for you.

I am happy with this pump. I had it for over 3 month and the machine stopped charging. I contacted the supplier and despite the fact that i was pass my three month, i was still given a new product. I am happy with the customer service and could not ask for more. The product is a good one and we use it allot. I will update after about three months or so. So far am a happy customer

The media could not be loaded.  I originally bought this water pump for my grandma to help make her life easier. She has a bunch of 1 gallon bottles, so I figured using this pump with a 3 or 5 gallon bottle would be much easier. Well after I purchased an empty 5 gallon bottle and filled it up, I realized how incredibly heavy the bottle was. So I kept it at home and started using the pump myself. And it's been so fun that I have found myself drinking more water than I usually drink.The pump comes with a USB charging cable, a plastic tube, and several plastic parts to attach to the tube/pump. You attach the loose plastic piece to the end of the tube and the opposite end of the tube to the pump itself. Once you have charged the pump (light at the back will indicate when pump is fully charged/charging), you stick it on top of the open 5-gallon bottle. The pump does not screw onto the bottle, so be careful.Love the ease of using this pump. There's a nondescript small circle at the back of the pump that you press once for the water to start flowing. Press it again to stop the water. Can last up to a month on one charge. The pump looks sleek and modern, and I really like the spout that the water comes out of. Easy to clean and transport with you if needed.

Have been using this daily and it works great and lasts

Have only had this item for a few weeks. Have used it for pumping about 1/2 litre about 10 times now. So far works well. ON/OFF switch seems nice. Seems like good quality.

This is the second pump like this that we have purchased. The first one was a different make completely and half the cost and we got what we paid for, which was nothing. It barely worked. BUT! This one is AMAZING! Yes it’s more expensive than most, but it preforms perfectly! Highly recommend this pump, it’s easy to use, easy to set up and most importantly it pumps at a decent rate! Very happy with this purchase!
