The only thing that I added to make this boot more comfortable to wear was a pair gel work shoe insoles. Now they fit perfectly. I hope they last more than a month.

The back strap begins to squeak after prolonged use.

The media could not be loaded.  I got my Asiman Steel Toe boots today and tried them on. At first I was a little upset about the color being slightly off compared to the photo but that could just me being picky. They definitely have a greenish brown color compared to the hazel brown color displayed in the photos.I tried them on and within 5 steps I walked onto a spot of soapy water and the sole slipped immediately. Im not sure how well these will hold up for oil & slippery surfaces but I tried it again and didn’t have the same issue.The steel toes are very lightweight but offer full protection. I did a quick video where I took the bottom of a solid wood chair and slammed it into the steel toe, aside from a marking from the chair (which was my poor choice for demonstration), I had no impact to my toes.The sizing runs a little wide which is perfect for me. They run true to size and the Men’s Size 11 fits just like my other shoes. They are also very stylish and I look forward to wearing these out on the town in the fall or going into work with a protective and stylish shoe. I’m an Environmental Consultant and deal with a lot of heavy drums so I’m happy to have the extra protection, without all the weight.For $50.00 I don’t think you should even double guess buying these boots. They are super comfortable and have a very thick sole and plush insole. I feel comfortable and protected wearing them.I’m not sure I would suggest these for heavily oily surfaces, or slippery work areas due to my experience but if you are needing steel toes for work and it’s light to intermediate then these are perfect. Not to mention they look super clean and stylish. I’m really digging the design of the boots. They are modern, and youthful. Not like your traditional steel toes that make you look like Robocop.Overall I gave it a 4 star rating which is very high because of the price to value ratio, the style, comfort and protection. These are awesome boots now I just need all the different colors they offer to complete my Fall/Winter Collection.
