Fantastic incontinence pants
Very comfy and do the trick for heavy periods for which I actually use them. They keep in place better compared to pads and are very absorbent. Ideal on those days when your period is full-on and you need better protection.

Secure and very comfortable
I feel perfectly confident in these and wear one pair a day, and just ocasionally found that I can get to the upstairs toilet in time in time when I have IBS.There is a ;however; I use the monthly delivery service and I am over loaded. Storage is a problem, each box holds 2 packet (of 6) and I know have 8 boxes , which if staked one of eacheother is 8 x about 6 onches', Nibe over spill the bottom of the wardrome and a constant nuisance on the shelf above, I did cance think that I could start again when I had used up suffiecient, but unless you cancel each month wou will find the boxes on your doorstep. Mine have always arrived in a brown cardboard boc.You also have to think throu that like children's nappies you have to dispose of them in landfill, I have had to accept that as I am not aware of any pants which so efficently absorb urine and yet ecologically designed, Finally, I would say I am a larfe sizw 22, and I find the comfortab,e and not tight if you are also not derline, buy a single oacket of the smaller size first,(I have also tried the other brand which is available and found them bulky and wondered whether they were unisex when men and women produce urine in totally different places - least thats what it felt like!)
