I had a problem with a rat gaining access to my engine via the offside drivers wheel, under the car. I set up a camera and found he made several visits in the night. I installed the ultrasonic device and set up the camera. The device emits a high frequency sound every 3 minutes and works off batteries or the car battery. The camera showed the rat climbing up the wheel into the engine. 2 minutes later it was rushing out. It didn't return that evening. It does occasionally return but gives a rushed exit 2-3 minutes later. A device that is well worth the money.

This seems to be working well as there was a squirrel trying to pick it’s way into my dorma window entry into my loft, placed this device inside and I don’t hear the sounds of the squirrel scraping at the edge of the loft anymore. Needs to have batteries replaced but am happy to do that as squirrels are always trying to get into my loft.

I have bought three of these devices to keep squirrels out of my loft space. They appear to be effective but the batteries only lasted a month using all the alarm, ultrasonic alarm and flashing light settings at once. I have since bought rechargeable batteries and hope that will last longer.

Used this in engine bay of Motorhome after one of the little blighters had a bit of a chew in there! It naffed off and has never returned. Definitely works.

I want to use the repeller indoors with three AA batteries. There is a very small cross head screw that retains the flat black battery cover lid. But it has been put on so tightly that we find it impossible to remove even with a good jewellers cross head screwdriver.Why on earth has the screw been put in so tightly?How can I loosen it to remove it and install the batteries?

In the winter we start hearing some scratching noise in our loft , placing mouse poison but no help . After a couple of days of placing it in my loft , the mouse has STOP activity , it seems they don't like it and avoiding my house . It works with a battery too, so good if you dont have a power plug in place . Would recommend from my experience to anyone , I heard it is a common problem recently .

This small box is cute with its cat-like face.Can be powered with 4AA batteries, with a power bank or with a 12v battery which makes it ideal for use in a shed which is what I needed it for.Have had it for nearly 1month and have not seen any mice/rats or their droppings.This little box makes sounds and also has flashing light and seems to keep them away.I don’t think it is weatherproof/rainproof but it has not been advertised as such.

I've been looking for something like this as has rodants gnaw into the cables within the engine and cost me a fortune replacing the damaged part and have since been relying on traps and poison left in the engine area with wire wool loosley which is clearly not ideal. Just need to find a suitable garage who can fit it for the repelent for me, product appears very well built so confident that it will do the job.
