Works great, good app and integration.
Super easy to install and setup, working as expected. Built in schedule is useful to save costs with off peak heating and not heat up on weekends (home office). You can also automate and control remotely via HomeKit. The app also shows costs and heating history. You can choose where to measure the temperature from: air or probe.

Great product, great service.
Really pleased with this. Looks great, simple to use, upgraded from a 'non-smart' thermostat so the smart functionality is great. Especially Alexa connectivity!Had an initial issue connecting the thermostat to the app, but this was due to my router and it was easily resolved. I reached out to the support team via the app and Lydia responded speedily and the issue was resolved quickly.

Good thermostat at a good price
So far very impressed with this thermostat. It is relatively easy to install but do read the write-ups from others about connecting a jumper wire in some instances. It requires a deeper back box 35mm minimum to install.Once wired up and the app is donwloaded using the basic features of this thermostat is very straight forward. It has a nice backlit display which can be set to a low brightness level when not in use and brighter when you use the thermostat. It also has a child lock function so that the temperature or other functions can't be altered or accessed. You can switch the function off easily from within the app or via a series of buttons on the thermostat itself. The programming schedule on the app is intuitive. It allows individual days/groups of days or all 7 days to be programmed as you wish. The on/off times and temperature are altered by sliding your finger across the screen of your 'phone, ipad etc. The app works well on both Android and iPhone. The app seems to be designed only for 'phones so it is smaller on a tablet (iPad at least) but does still work as expected. The other plus for this thermostat is that it connects directly to your wifi system (2.4Ghz) and doesn't require any other hardware.I haven't used the alexa/homekit system yet but will at some point. The lack of informative instructions is a negative. the thermostat app has numerous menus and settings but there is no explanation of most of these so you're left to figure it out yourself! It would be nice if there was a "holiday" mode but setting the frost protection to a suitable temperture (max 15C) can double up for this.

Does exactly what it is designed for, simple to install and setup.
Firstly - bought Warmup 6ie - what a pile of rubbish, support is useless and you need to reconfigure your whole network just to get it to work - so sent it back. Then I read a review about the Meross MTS200 - so I bought one to control the kitchen underfloor heating. Installation was simple and straightforwards even down to labels to attach to wires for identify them. Powered up and within 20 mins of receiving the item in the post it was up and working, connected to the internet and doing what it should. Why isn't all tech as simple as this to install - well done to all involved....in fact, it was so good I bought another for the main bathroom floor - what more can I say - oh yes, took me 10 mins to install as I already knew what I was doing. Fantastic product and brilliant price point.

Excellent little thermostat, and great value too
The electrician fitted this yesterday to replace an olde wolrde clockwork style timer on the gas boiler, that hasn’t worked since I moved into the house, and a massive prehistoric thermostat that was a blot on the landscape in my hallway. In contrast this looks sleek and unobtrusive and my heating came on just before my alarm for the first time in over a year! Just need to paint over the area where the old one was.Took about 6 attempts to pair to my phone on the Meross app (finally worked when I used the QR code label stuck in the mini manual).Once connected it was easy to set different times/temperatures using the scheduling in the app.Very pleased with my purchase ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Check your original setup first!
I've got many Merros products (smart plugs, humidifiers) so this is not against the company itself although they've made a big mistake with this product. 1st of all, not many houses have a back box for a thermostat in the UK. Most have a wire which was chased into the wall from the Combi boiler with a bit of wire sticking out. This room thermostat needs a back box as it's quite large. I purchased an external back box and it's like you've gone back in time, its so 15 years ago. It sticks out so far from the wall and is not obtrusive. Next is the power supply. Make sure you have power (Live and Neutral) coming from somewhere as this thing needs a permanent power source to work. Most other smart thermostats have gone for the battery powered setup which makes installation much easier. I should know, as the setup between Tado and Meross was like chalk and cheese. Next are the TRV's, they're good looking modern and connecting was very easy compared to Tado (which I purchased after Meross) because of the need to connect to the Tado internet bridge which has to be plugged into a router port for their server and if too far, some TRV'S will not work, yes Meross is much simpler. But they do NOT do anything but control individual radiator heating. Comparing to Tado, each radiator TRV switches on the heating to the requested room turning on the thermostat automatically while with Meross you will always need to turn on the room thermostat then control the TRV of the room you wish to regulate. I'm not sure why Meross didn't incorporate this into their product as seems to be just a firmware update. Meross does not need to go through a sever as with Tado so I do prefer this system but the alterations needed to make it work are just too much. So ultimately I've gone with Tado until Meross get their act together and come up with a much easier working solution.
