I'm really glad I got this one. I was sent home after a partial mastectomy with a bra provided by the hospital which was fine and comfortable, but it had velcro straps and front. I preferred this one with the hook closures because you can more easily adjust the front tightness. A number of commenters said the tag was on the wrong side but the hospital bra also had the tag on the outside, so I assume it's for comfort and I just cut them off. I wear a 36 or 38 B and was glad I got a large--a medium would not have fit me even though I wear medium tops.I thought I might be able to make do with sports bra, but the cut of my sport bras would not have worked (I tried one on a couple weeks after surgery). The side of the bra as wide enough fabric that it goes up almost to the crease in the arm pit (comfortably--it's very soft) which covered the incision under the arm for a lymph node biopsy. The sports bra were not wide enough and hit underneath or on the incision which was painful.It can be worn comfortably at night as well and can be easily under just about any tops.

I am 6 days post-op from mastectomy and reconstruction. The bra I was sent home in was extremely uncomfortable and I was miserable. I searched on Amazon and bought what I thought would be a comfortable post-op bra. It wasn't... very scratchy. I searched further and came across this one. Oh, my goodness, what a difference! I, however, like a few others, thought the tag belonged on the inside. That is NOT the case. It took reading more reviews and looking at photos provided to understand what I was doing wrong. They do not picture the tag on the outside but looking at how it was worn, you can see the tag has no choice but to be on the outside. Manufacturer - you need to imprint the label info directly on the fabric instead of on a tag which is misleading. That having been said, this bra is so comfortable that I have already ordered 2 more. You can't beat the price. For the first time since surgery, I feel like I can finally breath and heal.

I needed a 2nd bra for a post mastectomy and the one provided by the hospital was rather expensive. This came quickly, inexpensive and fit really well. I didn't mind the hooks & eyes as it gave me adjustment room if needed even though my Dr felt I chose the most difficult bra on the market when she saw it in the office after surgery. She is rather rash and rather than answer her, I know I made the right choice as some of the reviews for the velcro type bras indicated the velcro was not strong enough to keep the compression needed. Her 2nd choice was one with a zipper, but again, you don't have the adjustment factor. I found after a full day, pressure of the bra band on the drainaige tubes was alleviated by moving the hooks & eyes to a looser fit at the bottom of the bra. The velcro and zipper styles will not allow you to do that.

I really didn’t know what to expect with my surgery, this bra really gave me the extra support along with my binder that I needed to reduce swelling. The straps nice and wide, and the ability to adjust the front closure made it easy enough for me to do by myself! I bought two so I could wash out one and change the following day it was light enough to dry over night. Anyone needing a good support bra after breast surgery consider this one I highly recommend it!

Got medium, my PA said it is too big. Already used , can’t return. I should have checked the size chart closely and not go by what the reviews said.

Fit was true to size, and this bra is exactly like the one the Doctor carries, at a lower price.

For post surgery bra it was much more comfortable than the one they gave me after surgery.

Fits really well. The closures on the front are a apin but you can adjust it to your level of compression which really sold me on it. I just ordered another one.

This bra was perfect after my breast reduction. Being able to adjust the strap tightness as well as chest was exactly what I needed.
