This is exactly what you see in an office, the included double sided tape is super strong. Once it make contact to the wall, it is not coming off without taking paint and drywall paper with it. Make sure you have it lined up where you want before it make contact, even the slightest contact and it is stuck. It helps to roll this out to warm up, if it warm and sunny, let it sit outside to get flexible. The little 90 degree lip at the bottom takes some manipulation (working it) to bend. A second person helping to install could make it easier. I did it myself but two would help. If it is warm, it does have some stretch, so during a long run on a wall, you can make it longer by stretching a little bit.

Went in easy enough. Needed wider at bottom for floor by tub.
