Cute balance bike
My toddler has about a 10" inseam with diaper, and feet can't reach the floor when he sits on it. It's still fine. He'll grow into it. He likes it ("duckie!") And lets us push him on it.It doesn't have lights or reflectors. It doesn't come with a helmet or pads. It's all made of some kind of plastic. The handlebars are higher than the seat. It was really easy to assemble.
