smaller than I thought but excellent customer service
It was easy to assemble. The fabric is soft and a nice color. It is not bad comfort wise. However, it is much smaller than expected. Definitely not full size. I am only 5'2 and when I lay down on it my feet hang off the end and there is barely enough room for me on it width wise. Definitely not big enough for 2 people like a full size bed would have. Which is what I was looking for and expecting. Otherwise not bad for the price but definitely more the size of a love seat not a full size couch. I would give the couch its self 3 stars but I gave my review 5 stars because of customer service. They contacted me quickly and handled the problem in a quick and efficient manner. They made the process easy and we're very understanding. Excellent customer service.

Really small
It looks nice but very small and uncomfortable. Also one of the screw wouldn’t stay in while we where putting it together. Would not buy again.

Too small
The name “small” loveseat is perfect for it since it is extremely small. Not that easy to assemble and rather uncomfortable for someone who is larger than 5”

I love this couch!!
It is perfect for your kids! I got this for my daughter's living room and she absolutely loves it! It is sturdy and has cup holders she adores laying and sitting on this couch, great quality as well.

4 thumbs down on size and comfort.
This futon is horribly small. I drive a Nissan Maxima that has cockpit style seating and my front and back seat seating is bigger than the futon. The finished product futon is a textbook disappointment.

This is the worst couch I have ever owned..
Not sure if the people giving this 4-5 stars have ever actually sat on this but I would not recommend if you like sitting comfortably. This is by far the most firm and uncomfortable couch I have ever had the displeasure of sitting on. Not to mention there is no comfortable way of reclining or laying on this. Do not recommend.
