Electrical plug comes with an adaptor
This product is a good pair of scales what is not so good is the plug adaptor which you have to plug into the main sockets it not your normal 3 pin plug .With the one i have when you unplug half of the plug stays in the socket .Also the power adaptor connection is loose and sometimes it wont power up because of this.

Weighstation Electronic scales
At last a set of scales that doesn't require batteries, is robust, has a removable platform and is fast. Large easily readable figures. Not pretty but who cares !! and hopefully will last longer than my last two sets which were more elegant but just couldn't stand the pace.

Stopped working correctly
We are unable to use the scales after just 8 weeks but the frustrating part is there is no way we can find to contact the supplier to discuss or put right the problem. We are unable to change the tare which is very frustrating.

This scale has all the fantastic features you would wish from the best scale. It's very precise as I regularly check with my scale calibrator. A feature I liked the most was it didn't turn off so quickly while I was adding more ingredients. The 4 legs are easily adjustable and support stability very well. Stainless steel platform is easy to clean. It can be run by plug or battery. Button and display are water-proof (l didn't have much spillage so I don't exactly know how good the waterproof function is. But I didn't have any problem with it.). Although it's not light weighted or compact, but it doesn't occupy too much space in my smallish kitchen. I was very happy with this scale until it stopped working. I've used this for 2 years or so. I didn't move it around that much as it stays most of time in a corner of my kitchen. I probably used previous very cheap scales much longer than this. It's not a cheap product and I expected more longevity than this. Despite all the good things about this scale, I wouldn't give more than 3 stars because of this.
