They absolutely protect your nose, but I could not get the mask to seal over it. I had it cranked all the way down, still nothing. Maybe I was doing something wrong?

My husband used these with his CPAC at night to cushion a place on his nose. However it made his CPAC ride up on his nose irritating his issue on his nose and only made the place worse. These may be good for something else but not for him.

These silicone pads are too thick. they do not adhere well. They feel cold on the skin. They did not help with full CPaP mask fit, it actually did the opposite.

These don’t work. They slip off your nose if you try to adjust the mask. And in the middle of the night if you sleep on your side, they can bunch up and leave an even worse mark on your nose. Plenty sticky but awkward to use. And they can obstruct your vision if not placed just right. Which can be worrisome if you read in bed like I do.

I didn’t have bags under eyes till after using nasal cpap. The straps go right across top of cheekbones. Wish I’d found this sooner. Not sure if this can reverse the bags but giving it a try. I cut one in half to use where the straps hit. Sticky one side. I rinse with water after use and dry. So far after over a month the sticky side as lasted for the first one I opened. Some minor slippage but still sticks even after my skin care routines before bed. No rashes noted and I usually react to tape.
