I was prescribed paracetamol and codeine for pain. I had been taking increased amounts of codeine until my nurse colleagues explained about codeine algesia.I began to take this turmeric.and was able to stop both.My orders are always sent out immediately and I’ve never had a problem with delivery.A few weeks ago whilst preoccupied with daily tasks, I forgot to take my Turmeric capsules, I found pain prevented my sleep. and impaired my mobility throughout the day. I realised I had missed the turmeric and immediately resumed daily use. The difference in my level of discomfort during mobilisation and sleep is remarkable.That one experience being sufficient to ensure future adherence to daily dosage.I have tried other brands but have returned to this because they have always been consistent in terms of service,delivery ease of swallowing and quality of result. And I am not taking either codeine or paracetamol.

I bought this initially for my dog (28kg) for aching limbs due to his age - initially 1 twice per day, but now just one per day. My husband started one capsule per day and I occasionally take it - all for age related aches and to be fair, it does seem effective, there seems to be a visible added bonus with our dog who is susceptible to a sensitive stomach as it firms up his stools and seemed to bring back a natural 'rhythm' to his movements . I then bought a bottle for my Mom (age 76) to help with the pain of a broken wrist. I can report that it didn't necessarily help with the wrist, but it has most definitely helped with Raynaud’s disease - the extremities of her hands and feet turn white and sometimes blue due to lack of blood circulation. My Mom has been taking just 1 capsule a day for this positive effect to take place.Please bear in mind though, that Turmeric will thin your blood, so stop taking it before any surgery. Also I think it can cause problems for people susceptible to kidney stones, so please check with your doctor.

I am trying to be 100% honest here! . . . so please read my full comment, It is not negative.This product seems good, and I like the addition of ginger and black pepper, ~ but I'm not sure how to judge if it is providing extra pain control etc BECAUSE I take a cocktail of supplements to manage a very painful back problem. I chose it because it's the strongest tumeric capsule I can see for sale online. I certainly have no complaints against it. It's easy to swallow, it doesn't upset me in any way and it does not have a strong taste.As I am not able to judge its individual benefit to my health and painf relief my feedback may seem low - and that could be unfair. I do think that taking this tumeric black pepper and ginger supplement HAS helped my general health, so I will continue taking it.The best advice I can offer is to say - Try It For Yourself!

I was sceptical at first using alternative therapy for managing joint pain, as a lot of them I find turns out to be a hype, not based on real science. I did my research and chose to try this product after reading the reviews, and I’m glad I did. The pain in my finger knuckles have gone after two weeks. Then, I forgot to take them for a few days and the pain came back! I’m definitely continuing with it.

I actually prefer the same one by Sash without the ginger . I think my skin dries up with the ginger . It is amazing for inflammation but not all pain as some pain is nerve pain ( sciatica ). But also it acts on me as an anti depressant . And it’s great . I came off seroxat on it .Take care as it thins ur blood . I find I have more nosebleeds and they take longer to stop . Do check all contraindications with other pharma meds and supplements even HRT . I’m on HRT and still taking it . But repeat , I prefer the one without ginger by Sash . It’s just above it and a little cheaper . It has completely eradicated my anxiety induced overnight back pain

Delivery was prompt and the product is excellent. I take it for my arthritis which was affecting 1 knee (OA) and both hands (RA). The swelling on the hands has gone down and the knee movement is much easier. I'm an Indian and well used to turmeric as it is used as a spice in almost every dish I make but what I didn't know was that the turmeric powder used in cooking lacks the curcuminoids quantity needed to make the difference.My consultant had put me on Hydroxychloroquine for my Rheumatoid Arthritis but that gave me so many side effects, one of which was itching. I've been off this medicine now for over 4 weeks and the itching has NOT completely stopped. Hope it does soon. I wish I had started taking the Turmeric well before and not gone on Hydroxychloroquine at all... but as they say better late than never

A friend recommended this product as I suffered from severe joint and muscle pains for 4 years after a serious accident resulting in multiple fractures in my foot which can't be surgically repaired. As the turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties I wanted something organic as taking Ibuprofen actually makes me feel nauseous. In addition I have been prescribed other medication which failed to work. I have only just started taking these capsules so too early to tell if they will help however having studied all your customer reviews they appear to provide a good result.
