Can this be stored long term in the freezer?

I keep ours in the refrigerator and it is plenty cold. If you keep it in the freezer long term you might want to put it in a baggie with a paper towel to absorb moisture so ice crystals don't jam up the ball. The freezer may also degrade the plastic more quickly.

I cannot find info from the seller on how to clean this. Has anyone found this information?

The case comes apart to remove the ball and wipe down with a sanitizing wipe.

If I’m traveling, can this be put on ice to make it cold?
