I have recently replaced all my old non-stick pans for healthier options. This pan is the winner. It cleans like a dream. It's heavy and doesn't pop in the oven like some cheap ones do. (That always scares me)I have cooked fish, veggies, cookies, and even without pre-spraying the pan, it's a dream to clean. I highly recommend.

The baking sheet is even better than I envisioned. It is beautiful and sturdy. The only negative is NOT about the product.I received it just now. I read the enclosed brochure on care, and noticed that I am missing the 2 cork trivets. Amazon.com only allows me to return it or exchange it. Since my baking sheet is perfect, and I live 30 miles from a UPS store, I do not want to go through the process of returning it just for the trivets. It is not a big deal, but I should have gotten them. (I have received several items from Amazon where someone else had ordered them, replaced them with some old broken thing or taken parts out, and then returned them to Amazon.) I am glad I found Caraway on Amazon, but I despise the abuse of the system.

This pan has added a new dimension to my sheet pan cooking. I used to have to spread out the recipe over a couple of traditional cookie sheets. This 13" x 18" Caraway pan is the perfect size to easily spread out a recipe for 4 main meal servings. The rim is high enough that any juices are contained. The heat is evenly distributed. Cleanup is a breeze - basically no clean up. And the Navy blue bottom and gray ceramic interior finish are simply gorgeous! Worth every penny! I highly recommend.

I was looking for a baking sheet that was not going to leach toxic chemicals into my food and this one won't. It's smaller than my other baking sheets. I believe this company makes a larger one. I like that it has sides for things that tend to leak liquids but the sides make it more difficult to get things like cookies off the baking sheet. I have bought a few itemst from this brand and like them all. They are expensive so I'm buying one item at a time. In a few years I might have a full baking set. This baking sheet will occasionally bend when cooking but that's normal for this material. Once it cools to goes back to being flat. If your baking or cooking something that this would be an issue. I wouldn't use this baking sheet for that. Over I really like this baking sheet and this brands products. I think they are great quality but they are expensive. You get what you paid for.

The heat distribution was great, even browning, nice texture and crispiness. My only complaint is how fragile the material used to make the pan is. I carefully washed and dried the pan and I still ended up with scratches on the bottom my first use.

The media could not be loaded.  I love this pan! It’s incredible! I wanted something non toxic. I did not expect to love this more than any other pan I’ve owned! Nothing sticks to it. I was crossing my fingers when I made diced potatoes in it. Because that always sticks to baking pans a lot. And it did not. Watch my video I uploaded for proof. I also baked a turkey cheese melt in it thinking well that cheese is going to be hard to scrub off. No! The cheese came off no problem. Just for cleaning purposes alone, it’s amazing! But love that I have confidence that I’m not investing chemicals too! Don’t hesitate to buy this. It’s aesthetically pleasing too. I’m hoping to buy more in the future. The ONLY negative things is you do have to put it in horizontally. The handles won’t let the door close when putting in vertically.

We love our new baking sheet! A must have when you bake or roast veggies for a 1 year old. It is Non-Toxic, PTFE & PFOA Free which is the biggest factor why we bought this. Easy to clean. Follow the care instructions and it could last longer than expected.

No other baking sheet has anything on this one. Nice build, doesn't bend in the oven and nothing sticks to it.

Heavy weight to them and easy to clean. Made to last.
