Squeaky!
The more you use it, the more squeaky it becomes. Wonder if it’s because you have to soak in hot water for sterilisation before and after use?!Simply roll up and down on the scalp or along lines and wrinkles on your face.Needle size is 0.5mm which is recommended for potentially stimulating hair growth. I haven’t noticed any improvement as yet.Not painful and doesn’t cause bleeding.Easy to use and plenty of usability videos online.

Fair derma roller
This derma roller is good in that it is effective. It is fading fine lines and decreasing pore size. Furthermore my skin is breaking out less and hyperpigmentation is evening out. My only issue with this particular derma roller is that it is very squeaky. Every time I roll it across my skin it makes the most irritating squeaking sound.
