Easy and quick to assemble. Very sturdy with a solid base. Love it more each day.

Lamp is exactly as described in product description ... comes partially assembled .. the "Sputnik" spikes require installation - which means screwing them in. Some were a bit stubborn, but no real problem .. The quality is good, and they truly are stunningly beautiful and basically statement pieces. I actually have lamp shades on order from a company which have classic MCM designs on them... kitsch, here I come! Going full-on MCM with these - not that the plain lamp shades aren't okay; they actually are beautiful and good quality. I do recommend these lamps to anyone who decorates in MCM or simply wants a statement piece. UPDATE: see custom shade in 2nd photo!!!😊

These are beautiful lamps. A little bit Sputnik. Can be very masculine depending on the rest of your decor. Took me 10 minutes to put together very easily. And they look expensive, similar to something you might find at Restoration Hardware. If.... you keep the same shade on them or switch out for black shades. The black marble base is heavy duty.

We bought these lamps to contribute to recent updates in the master suite. When they were initially received, the stone base of one has numerous scratches, and the other was broken in two. It took an extra week to get the replacements, but now that they’ve arrived, I’m beyond happy with the products. These lamps are modern, dramatic, and beautiful, especially now that we’ve changed the original ivory shades out with metallic silver shades.
